Caitlyn Joyce brings a decade of experience and a deep passion for service to her role as Marketing Manager at McCarthy Law. A Massachusetts native, Caitlyn still lives in the Bay State with the love of her life. She is dedicated to helping families understand how to protect themselves and their loved ones through clear, compassionate communication and community education.

Her professional background includes marketing roles in healthcare, legal services, and nonprofit organizations. While studying International Relations and Anthropology at Colgate University, Caitlyn interned in Switzerland with REACH, a partnership between IMPACT Initiatives and the United Nations. In that role, she supported efforts to improve the efficiency of emergency response systems during rapid-onset crises. That experience shaped her commitment to making complex systems more accessible and people-focused.

At McCarthy Law, Caitlyn leads the firm’s public education and outreach by organizing estate planning seminars and workshops for the community. She also manages the firm’s social media presence, public relations, and digital marketing strategies. As the firm’s elder law SEO expert, Caitlyn ensures that families across Rhode Island and Massachusetts can find trusted legal guidance through search engines and emerging generative AI platforms.

Caitlyn is known around the office for her creativity, warmth, and high energy. Outside of work, she finds joy in dancing and believes in the power of movement and storytelling. Whether she is building a marketing campaign or dancing in her living room, she brings curiosity and heart to everything she does.
