Assistant Care Coordinator

Alexis is a graduate of Sacred Heart University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology with a minor in Business. Her lifelong passion for supporting individuals through
life’s many transitions—from childhood to adulthood—has shaped her career path and
commitment to compassionate care.

Born and raised in West Warwick, Rhode Island, Alexis has returned to her hometown as she
continues to build her career. She joined the McCarthy Law team as an Assistant Care
Coordinator, where she plays a vital role in helping families navigate complex decisions with
empathy, clarity, and support.

With a strong foundation in both psychology and business, Alexis offers a balanced perspective
in coordinating care and guiding families through important transitions. She is committed to
learning and growing within the field, and values building meaningful relationships with the
clients and families she works with.

Outside of work, Alexis has a cheerful and upbeat personality that shines through in
everything she does. She spent 18 years as a dedicated dancer, including several years
as a teacher, and still holds a deep appreciation for the creativity and expression it
brought into her life. These days, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, going on
shopping trips, and making the most of the summer sunshine.

At McCarthy Law, Caitlyn leads the firm’s public education and outreach by organizing estate planning seminars and workshops for the community. She also manages the firm’s social media presence, public relations, and digital marketing strategies. As the firm’s elder law SEO expert, Caitlyn ensures that families across Rhode Island and Massachusetts can find trusted legal guidance through search engines and emerging generative AI platforms.

Caitlyn is known around the office for her creativity, warmth, and high energy. Outside of work, she finds joy in dancing and believes in the power of movement and storytelling. Whether she is building a marketing campaign or dancing in her living room, she brings curiosity and heart to everything she does.
