Morgan Joseph

Attorney

Morgan is originally from Massachusetts but now calls Bristol, Rhode Island home after she fell in love with the ocean state while attending Roger Williams University. Morgan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minoring in Legal Studies and Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University. She later returned to complete her Juris Doctor at Roger Williams University School of Law.

Morgan’s passion for serving her community is deeply rooted in her family. After losing her grandfather and two great uncles within three months, she watched the toll this loss took on her family, especially her grandmother as she was left to manage their affairs. Witnessing the emotional and logistical challenges her family faced inspired her to pursue estate planning, with the goal of helping others avoid unnecessary stress and ensure families have the support they need during such a challenging time.

Throughout her legal education and professional experience, Morgan has cultivated a thoughtful and client-centered approach to the practice of law. She found great fulfillment in supporting families through complex family dynamics and emotional challenges while working in family law.
Morgan went on to extern with the Providence Law Department, where she conducted extensive legal research, prepared materials for ongoing litigation, and observed proceedings before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Her time there strengthened her commitment to public service.

Known for her professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, Morgan brings a balanced and compassionate perspective to every client she serves. She believes in clear communication, collaboration, and empowering clients by educating them on their rights and options.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys pilates, figure skating, watching movies with her fiancé, and meeting with the book club that she founded with close friends. She is proud to serve her community with integrity and genuine care for clients.
