She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University and will soon graduate from Liberty University with a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources. With many years of marketing experience, Tracy is the Marketing Director at McCarthy Law, leveraging her extensive expertise to drive the firm's growth. Now residing in California with her husband and two children, she enjoys the beach, reading, and gardening in her leisure time.
