With a strong background in hospitality and a genuine passion for helping people, Nicole brings warmth, organization, and empathy to her role as an Intake Coordinator at McCarthy Law. With over 14 years of experience in the event planning industry, she has developed exceptional skills in communication, coordination, and client care.

Nicole’s career has been built around anticipating needs, managing complex details, and creating positive experiences during meaningful moments. This experience translates seamlessly into her work in estate planning, probate, and elder law, practice areas that often come with emotional and sensitive circumstances. She understands how difficult these situations can be and is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, supported, and confident that they are in excellent hands with the firm’s attorneys.

Originally from Massachusetts, Nicole now resides in northern Rhode Island with her husband and twin daughters. Having grown up vacationing in Narragansett with her extended family, she has always held a special connection to Rhode Island and values serving the local community. A graduate of Endicott College with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, she combines professionalism with a personable, down-to-earth approach.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys recreational dodgeball and softball, reading, spending time outdoors, going on adventures, and keeping up with her energetic toddlers.
