Nicole is a compassionate advocate and natural leader, born and raised in Johnston, Rhode Island. Her commitment to helping others is deeply personal.

After her 94-year-old grandmother overcame cancer and was later diagnosed with dementia, Nicole became her full-time caregiver, choosing to care for her at home to preserve her dignity and comfort.

This experience gave Nicole firsthand insight into the realities families face when planning for long-term care, capacity issues, and end-of-life decisions. Having sat on the other side of the table, she brings understanding and genuine empathy to our environment here at McCarthy Law.

Her guiding principle remains simple: value, protect, and advocate for the people we love while we have the opportunity.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, reading, trying new foods, and hanging out with her kitties, Reve and Bambino.
